HISTORIC BUILDING FOR SALE

As many of you know this old house that is the home of Bare Bones Studio has been my love and my passion since I purchased it in 2001. I have worked carefully to restore the interior to what I feel is its original beauty and architectural integrity. I have been honored to be the first person outside of the original family to own it and I have the original land deed which dates back to 1867. It tells a rich history of the land and the owners. It is hard to pinpoint the exact time the house was constructed but it seems likely it was around 1915 – 1920.

The decision to sell the building has been difficult, but in order to concentrate all my energy on the future of the interior design portion of Bare Bones Studio I feel the time is right. I hope to find a buyer who will enjoy this house as much as I have and will continue what I have started, for there is still much of the restoration left to be done.

I look forward to continuing my Interior Design practice in Ely and working toward making Ely a better place to live and own a business. We are approaching a new and exciting frontier in how we live, design and build the places we work and live.
